It is hard to find a scene from this film that will make sense. It's basically a drug and alcohol induced road trip/buddy picture with statements about American culture. (It's a lot better than that description makes it sound, but there are also scenes that feel way too long.)
If the outfits look familiar and you haven't seen the film, you may have identified the inside joke with the recent Starsky and Hutch film.
